Description:

Decide which projects were most pertinent to pursue at a given time
Design proposals to solicit vendors for a product and/or service
Distribute proposals and receive proposals online
Perform comprehensive quantitative and subjective analysis on proposals
Quantitatively decide which proposing firm best fits the needs of a project
