Greencore has developed a proprietary technology to produce very price competitive plant based composite panels for the global building and transportation industry. Plants like Miscanthus are planted once then yearly harvested for over 20 years and turned into core material which is then in a continuous process bonded to a woodfiber based composite skin. The resulting composite panel is structurally very strong and resists the environment well. Funding is required for planting the first fields and setting up production plant.
