Pecos Texas in the beginnings of an oil and gas development boom. Over 500 wells are being developed in the area. It would appear that this development and maintence will continue for a number of years. At the moment land is relatively inexpensive and the city is anxious to facilitate growth in the area.
I am looking for investors who would be interested in particpating in land aquisition and development. I am currently bidding on several properties which are suitable for housing and retail establishments.
