SSC has developed VirtualLinx, a touch screen graphical interface with PIN/NFC identification and Israeli RFID tags and transmitters that work together to eliminate most of the common problems on currently available systems. To eliminate the problems of barricade infringement, SSC has a patent pending on FlexArm Gate. This spring loaded barrier arm allows an arm that has been impacted to open like a door, preventing any damage to the arm. The “breakaway” will trigger an alarm and video surveillance when available. Once the vehicle is through the gate, the arm returns to its original position, ready to resume normal function.
