Kapital Investments is seeking silent investors who are willing to provide start-up funds for a home and leasing business based out of Houston, Texas. We are offering a first/preferred interest to private investors, secured by leased homes or apartment complexes. We are seeking funding support in order to start a property rehabilitation firm that is dedicated to revitalizing the community we live in and do business in. Our business model is to buy bank foreclosures, tax liens, Sheriff sales, estate sales, and auction sales at or about 80% to 90% below the market value and lease them after remodeling. Our properties will be completely remodeled and then leased to families through Section 8 program by the state of Texas. Our leases are a minimum of 1 year
