We are a husband and wife investment team in Alaska. We have purchased several investments in Alaska and are seeking to invest in the lower 48 where lower prices can be found due to the economy. We need financing for down payments and want to offer an agreed upon interest rate for borrowing funds to purchase 2 properties we are interested in in SC.
