Our company was formed for two purposes-- safety testing and research. The legal cannabis industry must be regulated, much like the alcohol and pharmaceutical industries, to ensure public safety. All cannabis plants or products must be tested for potency and bacteria or molds that can cause severe illness, as well as residual solvents from the production process. The New Frontier Research will provide all of the testing currently required by the state, as well as supplemental testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and plant sexing. Because there is a large body of evidence that suggests that the non-psychogenic components of the cannabis plant have many powerful medicinal qualities that are effective in treating pain, seizures, nausea, and many other conditions, this laboratory is also dedicated to research and development of those "natriceuticals" with the hope of providing more effective medicines with fewer side effects.
