I am looking into setting up a Treatment Foster Care home. I need resources for funding to buy a duplex as well as to purchase beds, furniture, filing cabinets, etc for the accomodation of the clients and the running of the treatment home.
My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Certified Nurses Aide, 1.5yrs of managing a group home for clients suffering from traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities. I also attended the Urban Hope Business Entepreneur Program at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC)and have done some foster care through Brown County here in Green Bay, WI. I have a license to do armed security in the state of Illinois, and am currently enrolled in NWTC Criminal Justice Law Enforcement curriculum with an interest in the area of corrections.
