Our company is in the idea/creation stage and will become a business entity within in the next 3-6 months. The company will concentrate on an idea centered around at-home ticketing for specific events. In the first phase, we will focus on events that are small and specific - yet while not large in size, happen far more frequently than larger events. In the second stage, we will move successfully onto larger events focusing on specific venues and specific companies. In the initial funding request we are seeking $1.5M-2M to begin operations and get the entity off the ground. We feel this funding request will allow operations for a minimum of 3 years thus giving appropriate time to create, establish, market, and sell our concept. All of the appropriate business plans and associated information are currently being developed/finalized along with the initial website.
