Fats, The Joshua Tree Tavern (also referred to as ‘Fats’ and ‘the Company’) will be a modern, unique, and lively boutique grill located in Joshua Tree, CA. The Company seeks to fill the demand for amazing line of delicious artistic pancakes, Traditional American breakfast dishes with a twist, as well as a nightlife in the Joshua Tree area, which is currently characterized by a lack of entertainment options. In doing so, the Company will also function as the go-to restaurant in Joshua Tree, carrying something for locals and tourists alike. The Company’s menu is bound to fit the preference of all patrons, making it the easy choice for parties, celebrations, and a fun night out. Fats will be the place where everyone fits in.
Fats plans to offer a full breakfast and dinner menu that incorporates classic dishes with an interesting twist. Kelly McFall, the owner of Wilma & Frieda, a very successful restaurant in Palm Desert CA, is creating the menu. The Company will also offer a few comforting finger foods for individuals who seek to enjoy the ambiance and nightlife. The Company will ensure its menu fits everyone’s needs while providing some gluten-free and vegan options, in addition to classics like pancakes, omelets, burgers and fries. Some of the Company’s signature dishes will include Fats’ famous apple pancake recipe, meringue fluffy pancakes and finger licking smoked meat entrees with organic and fresh vegetables.
The Company will also become the destination location for nightlife, inviting live entertainment to perform, as well as having a fully functioning bar. The Company plans to hire a reputable interior designer, Michael Joynt, to create a unique atmosphere for the bar and grill. Within the bar and grill, Fats plans to incorporate a standing and seating room, a standing only, a main dining room, and a convertible patio, positioning it as the most unique venue in Joshua Tree. Unlike other competitors in the area, the Company’s 3,000 square foot establishment will be able to accommodate more people than any other restaurant in the region. This is likely to make Fats the go-to establishment for visitors traveling with large parties, and locals looking to celebrate with family and friends.
