The idea of opening a business in Lake Charles came with the experience of living 18 months analyzing and studding the public of the city and realizing that it has some empty slots available for some food ideas: a Brazilian Restaurant, Churrascaria (Brazilian Steak House), Bakery or a Patisserie.
A small city can be a very good opportunity to start some business, since if something new open everybody wants to go and check if is good. If the like, they’ll be loyal customers. The city has 2 big points of people transition, coming to visit the city besides the residents: The Casino L’Auberge Du Lac and the University McNeese.
