Description:
As you are aware India is a surging economy and is coming fast especially in the infrastructure development and grwoth. We started our real estate operations in January 2008. We have already having lots of Land and Three star to Five Star Hotel and Hotel Sites for sale. We are looking for investors who would be keen to invest in India and reap good profits by investing in these kind of properties. We have customers looking for such properties but feel we need financial strength to create Landbank and then further sell it to major builders. The holding period could be 6 months to 2 years. The returns would be too good as well.
