Description: Dear Sir, Susheela Granites (P) Ltd Company was incorporated on 16th Dec 2002 with two promoter directors and procured plant and machinery for granite processing unit by taking financial assistance from M/s Central bank of India. Since then the unit is running with nominal profit. But we obtained 8.5 acers of mineral area (Black galaxy granite) in survey No. 58p Budawada (V) ,Chimakurthi , Ongole on sub lease basis for a period of 20 years . the lease period starts from 7th Dec 2006 . The projections of the above proposed project are as follows : (a) the average cost of production was taken as Rs.22000/- per cubic meter and the sale price was considered at Rs.40,000/- which is comparatively very low ( the present price is anything between Rs.80,000/- and Rs.1,20,000/-)
