We are starting a rotisserie chicken restaurant to help people looking for a healthy cost efficient alternative to fast food and feeding their families. We use family recipes and offer healthy side dishes all homemade, although fries are on the menu. We do not serve alcohol. We are following Chef Ramsay's ideas of keep it good and simple. By keeping our overhead low and prices low and offering superb quality it is a no fail business. Traffic is incredible.
