The company does mainly residential housing construction for private individuals. We now want to persui construction work for other large developments companies in the residential and commercial industry. A tender for the development of 52 housing units has been awarded to us and we re in the process of putting in a tender for the construction of a 4500square meter warehouse.
Me and my wife started the company in 2005 as a sideline business. She was working full time in the business while I still had a full time job. In the beginning of 2008 I left my full time job to spend all my time in the business.
Now teh business needs capital to be a ble to complete these large projects and grow to the next level.
