In 1989 RS was a sales and sevices cie in transport refrigeration. 1999 to 2005 R&D in prototyping cold accumulator for ice cream truck (FRYGY CUBE INT'L see (URL removed))since 2006 manufacturing a ''stop idling'' heater to eliminate truck and HD equipement idling. It consite to a add-on heat accumulator that run when the motor is off and keep heat in cab witheout runing engin. Using no fuel ro gas only 3 to 5 amps 12 vdc. Now three prototype in use in Québec Province.
