Description:
The Alley is a small 8 lane bowling center, that I desperately need help with keeping afloat, and need to purchase the building, because I only own the business and the owner of the building wants to sell the building, and I have the first right to buy it, but don't have the funds, or means. If we are able to purchase the building, the owner will consider the business mine, paid in full. It was an owner finance deal.
