I need to buy a Franchise called UHL Financial Services & Telecommunications. This franchise offers people Home Loans, Vehicle Finance, Personal Loans, (through all major South African banks) cellphone contracts, insurance, Airtime Machines, Public phones, Mobile internet cards, etc.
Once I have paid the licence fee for this franchise, I will be able to market all these products and earn commission.
For example, for a R400 000 bond application, I will receive 1,6 percent commission which is about R6 400. If I get 10 successful applications per month, that is a cool R64 000!!
For other Personal loans I will be earning 5 percent commission.
I will also employ about 20 Consultants who will bring in more business and earn commission for themselves. They will be having sales targets and they will get incentives for meeting those targets.
I need funding to pay for the franchise licence, setup the office(rent, computers, office furniture, marketing, etc.)
