PhoneOps is a Nationwide Direct Private NQM Lender and we are looking to work with Investors for our CLTV program. PhoneOps CLTV program has been around for decades and is very successful. The program allows a 15% to 20% Seller 2nd so the borrower would only put 10% down. This means more properties are being sold thanks to PhoneOps CLTV program.
However, sometimes Sellers cannot provide the Seller 2nd and those borrowers aren’t able to purchase the investment property. This means PhoneOps will have to deny their loan request due to not having enough funds to close.
