I have been studying Real Estate Investing through 'Prosper University,' for the past year ((URL removed)).
As I have been seeking for employment for over two years now, it has been difficult for me to make my first Real Estate investment deal. I barely have a budget to cover basic advertising expenses at present; nevertheless, I am determined to continue doing what I can until I can not only do my first deal(s), but begin to build my business.
Please Note: Although I am seeking a lucrative business and career wherein I can support myself and my family, my basic motivation is first to help people help themselves. I would prefer to approach a potential seller and let them know what options they may consider to save themselves from foreclosure:
a. Tell the owner not to hide from their bank, but to face them.
b. Inform them to ask their banker about a 'Loan Forbearance.'
c. Additionally ask about their 'Loan Modification' program.
d. If the above options will not work for the owner, provide them with the various ways I could buy their property at a discount. Either way, the owner can be spared the pain of going through foreclosure.
In the end, I would always prefer Win/Win business transactions.
