We help those who cannot secure financing through conventional means, because of past credit problems, purchase the home they want. After we approve the applicant for our program, they find the home they want, we negotiate the purchase, we purchase the home by paying in full with cash at a discount. We can then set the terms of the sell to the applicant. Because we own the home no licencing is needed and by utilizing owner financing we elliminate the use of banks.
You can see by this overview of our program why investor capital is so important. It allows us to own the home out right and not have to worry with meeting financing obligations. Owner fianacing allows us to set the criteria for each sell on an indiviual basis.
