Charcoal is a Casual Fine dining experience. We us a Josper oven, it is unique in several ways as not only is it charcoal fueled, it reaches temperatures of up to 800 degrees. This allows us to perfectly sear succulent steaks and in-house ground hamburgers and sausages. This concept is proven, I want to take it a step further by adding "grilled" specialty drinks and desserts.
