With the use of our patented technology, a device will be installed on a vehicle to detect whether a vehicle is moving. If it is, then the device will maintain the transparency of the smart window films (a plastic film with a very thin layer therein for controlling transparency) stuck on the windshield, etc, be at a level higher than, says, 70%. If it is not, any occupant of the vehicle may adjust the transparency to whatever level he/she feels comfortable.
