First and foremost I am a quality investigator/Engineering consultant and have been my entire adult work life.
I had started with a duplex in 2015, that needed a bit of sweat equity pulled out of it just prior to my Daughter being born. Things were going well had both units leased and I could see profit in site. The goal being to establish an enterprise that will allow me to be home more often and be with my family. Shortly there after I had gotten a divorce and am now living in on of the units. I have recently found a few very promising real estate ventures that are adjacent to the original property and have the ability turn my small nonprofitable rental property into the starts of an estate enterprise and allow me to start developing my art and eventually open my consulting firm.
