Rivertime Resort and Eco-lodge
My Lao wife and I own a large area of land on the Nam Ngum river 40 minutes outside the capital of Vientiane. We are looking for an investor to provide startup capital of around $300,000 to build and develop the resort. Tourist arrivals in Laos are increasing rapidly and this year are expected to reach 1 million (up from only a few thousand in 1990). Currently there are not enough hotels and resorts to supply demand. The government actively supports the development of eco-tourism.
