I am a small company that does construction safety training as well as certifiied OSHA construction industry training. I am working to expand to real estate wholesaling and rehabbing of residental properties. I have all contractors in place from demo to landscape to turn properties within 6 months and get a very nice ROI. Interest rate negotiable from 8 to 12%.
