We are a small property quality renovating company that does house extensions, loft rooms, conservatories, driveways, roofs and garden rooms. We are linked to several major UK suppliers of home improvements.
I can raise 70% of finance to do property development but need 30% of say £250K to start our projects. In and out timetable is 6 months on a rolling forward basis. For 30% of £250K investment in project you get 30% of profit margin of £70K on developed house for 6 months investment. Say £21K return on £75K for 6 months-ish investment.
