Description: Company Overview BYOU, LLC is a premier provider of self-esteem products and programs for young girls. We have developed a strong partnership with Cymphonique Miller, an emerging force in the entertainment industry, and we are poised for rapid growth with the launch of her TV show on Nickelodeon in the fall of 2011 and the concurrent release of her music through Sony Records. The Opportunity There were 18 million female children ages 7-15 in the U.S in 2009. In that same year, spending on children’s and infant’s clothing reached $10.7 billion. Of this spending, $5.5 billion (51%) was spent in the "tween" market. Our market has demonstrated a pattern of rapidly elevating the status and market awareness of young stars, such as Hannah Montana and Justin Bieber, and purchasing millions of dollars of merchandise associated with their brands. Our Products and Services We sell physical and digital products, including apparel, accessories, books, complementary merchandises, and information products. We also host live events designed to enhance the self-esteem of young girls and women. Our Team Our firm is led by talented and experienced professionals, including: Debra Gano, CEO / President Phil Gilliam, COO / Sr. VP Sales Cymphonique Miller, Partner & Spokesperson Percy Miller (Master P), Business Advisor Greg Writer, Chairman of the Board Our Progress Our branding is complete; we are in the market with our apparel lines and are in the process of completing licensing agreements with clothing manufacturers and distributors. We have formed a strategic alliance with Cymphonique and her well-known father, Percy Miller. Our Immediate Plans We are in the process of raising capital to prepare for the launch of Cymphonique’s TV show on Nickelodeon, as well as her rising popularity through her record deal with Sony Records.
