THank you in advance for your interest. My 2 companies, corporations, currently have a combined annual revenue of 1mm. I am looking to expand one of my facilities to a state of the art skating rink that will have 1st year revenue of 800k to 11mm . Some debt consolidation is to be considered. This "other" avenue of income will be added onto one of my facilities that is 35k sq ft thereby enhancing my total product line and moving one corporation to the 1.5 to 1.8mm for the year 2017.
Only looking for silent partner that can fund this project to buy equipment etc.
Current looking for up to 150k to 200k for equipment, debt consolidation of only 50k with a 5% equity stake
1 location has been open for 8 years. Other location going on 4 years in March.
