The Highwaymen Bar & Grill will be a theme bar & grill with memorabilia from Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson. The Bar & Grill will be strategically located near Spartanburg, South Carolina, where there is a significant number of country music fans. Our main strategy is to develop a Highwaymen experience where we will have memorabilia along with tribute artist appearing on the weekends as well as other country bands. The Highwaymen Bar & Grill will not only appeal to fans of Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson but to country fans and non-country music fans as we will have pool tables and other general bar activities.
