Sales before by previous owner, absentee owner, were a little over one million.
We invested $230,000 plus in remodel, equipment and setup.
We have a very good business plan wich includes three years of cash flow and P & L's.
Timing is everything and as they say our timing came at a very bad time. We had a LOC established but the bank pulled the plug on most of their small business LOC's which included my company. This left us days away from reopening our store.
