Ingenuity Alliance Inc (IA) is a developer of resource recovery plants sourced from various waste streams. The most advanced development incorporates state-of-the-art European equipment to dessicate and sort all manner of household goods from fridges to computers to tools to personal care devices. Commercial coolers and office equipment can also be handled. In addition, IA has a proprietary system for collecting CFC's and renders them into saleable commodities and can generate carbon offset credits. A typical plant at capacity would generate approx $ 400 million in revenue and close to $ 300 million in after tax profit. The profitability is a function of the productivity of the equipment and the precision sorting of the various source elements.
Our management team includes an industry veteran plus several accountants, engineers and logistics experts. Further, we have access to a large modest cost debt facility ($ 110 mill at 6.5%) available to IA. We have received and continue to receive offers of funding in excess of $ 10 million. We are contemplating an RTO as the liquidity event for the investor.
