Eighty-four fine dining, restaurant-quality recipes (main entrees and side dishes only) covering 13 major food categories are printed on index cards placed in an index box and, with the inclusion of barbecue recipes, can be used in all of the seasons. This is the kind of meal quality hoped for when dinning out. The box includes a 19 page complex-meal preparation instructions, index of recipes, (2) acrylic recipe holders, and a measurements chart. The product's most important feature is that recipes are written in such a way as to allow a novice, casual home cook the ability to prepare challenging dinners that will appeal to their most hard to please guests.
