Our company, operating under two brands, offer cloud computing and storage services from 6 data centers that we operate around the world: Silicon Valley, Las Vegas, Dallas, Ashburn (Virginia) as well as international locations such as Amsterdam, NL and Singapore.
We are headquartered in Nevada, and are 100% privately owned by its founders, and we are seeking capital to grow via acquisitions.
Our vast experience on efficient network and server infrastructures, expense optimization and our in-house developed cloud computing platform allows us to acquire competitors and increase their profitability by:
- Reducing infrastructure expenses through the implemenration of newer, smaller and faster technology.
- Reducing staff expenses as our internal staff has the capacity to handle new client acquisitions (but also keeping good talent from the acquired company).
- Eliminating expensive software licenses that our cloud computing platform does not need.
This adds revenue to our company and increases the profit ratio.
We are currently seeking capital to acquire several companies that we are already in negotiations with. These companies offer services similar to ours, with total revenues of $5.5 million per year.
As an example: a company that we seek to acquire based in Atlanta, Georgia, with revenue of $250K/month but very high expenses. We can eliminate over $100K/month in costs by using our software platform, reducing redundant staff and reducing their infrastructure footprint.
