Description: Friends With Benefits Fund believes music is the answer. The company is built on a social mission with three main staples: Raise awareness Build valuable relationships Raise money for charity In order to capitalize on the opportunity at hand, Friends With Benefits Fund utilizes a hybrid organizational structure. Not only is the company constructed to maximize exposure for our three main objectives, we also have a thirteen member advisory board of contemporaries under the CSRA Community Foundation. From the non-profit aspect, there is an application process to decide which charity can benefit the most from incorporating music into their annual fundraising goal. Our marketing strategy is very streamlined. Friends With Benefits Fund archives all events through video recaps with Vidipop, a video agency. Social media is our strongest source of advertising and connection, but we do utilize other avenues including newspapers, magazines, and television. When raising money from charities, we maximize fundraising by keeping costs as low as possible. In doing so, Friends With Benefits Fund prepares for all logistical challenges of hosting a concert event including evaluating and selecting venues, negotiating contracts with bands, ticket pricing, decorations, marketing, outsourcing stage construction and sound equipment, and presenting a viable donation to the charity.
