Description: My name is Peter Linder,48 yo,I have moved to USA from Sweden in 2010 to start up a new company in hydraulic technology. We distribute Rotortilts,hydraulic hammers,demolition robots,breaker boom systems,demolition shear,grips,hoes free quick couplings for excavators attatchments and we can launch 40 other new products with our own trademark for roadwork,sewer maintance,land development,railway maintance, landscaping,golf courses,mining, etc. The products can save time and fuel up to 40% and transportation costs for additional machines up to 70 %. I have been in this business for almost 30 y in Sweden. For example, if we have a work site for a new home and we will make the foundation, a regular company will bring out 1 big and 1 small digging machine, 1 grader,1 compactor,1 mini dumper,etc and they have to move the machine around several times a´day to compleate the tasks. And to finnish the landscaping they bring new machines. I will bring only one midsize digging machine equiped with a rotortilt and a few diffrent attachments and do all the tasks with it. We have our own trademark of all the products. The Rototilt, is a rotating wrist between the machine and the accessories attatched to the excavator, witch makes it rotate 360´endless and tilt the attachment 40´ from it´s natural surface. And can be attatched on backhoes,excavators,breakerstations,demolition robots. This digging system is attatched at over 95% of all excavators in Europe and have been on the market there for over 20 years. We are the only one to day on the US market with the Rotortilt so we have no competition. One makes/brand sold over 4000 units of this product in 2007 with a total sales turnover at $65 million. And during the world market economic crises 2009 that company had a dip in the sales,and even so they had a turnover for $53 million 2009. The systems also save transportation costs, fuel up to 70 % and the number of machines on the work site. We will distribute all of our products through authorized distributors nation wide and world wide through agents/importers.
