Smokin' Zee's is a unique smoke/bbq company that has developed and uses all original recipes for almost everything we make. We make our own BBQ sauce, our own rub for our meats, and all our sides. Only thing we do not make is the bread for our sandwiches. There is no flavor profile like ours in our area and we are very proud of that. This is our first year in business, we have successfully introduced our brand at the local farmers markets, local events, private parties and have had nothing but raving reviews. Over the winter in order to keep our brand out and recognized we are seeking investors for 75k - 100k in order to buy a food trailer. With a trailer we would be able to set up on corners, at big sporting events, and remain mobile to service not only our current customers but make new ones in new areas. Without a trailer we can only operate during a market or special event and catering jobs. We plan to operate 7 days a week once we are able to get a trailer.
