Visioneering has developed a line of stand-alone video data recorders for security applications that capture video from 4 to 64 surveillance cameras at 30 frames per second for each camera and record it on a hard drive while it is simultaneously being monitored. The 4 to 64 camera stand-alone systems are ideal for small to medium sized commercial and industrial facilities and the technology is scalable to several thousand cameras for use in larger installations such as casinos. Visioneering has also developed a line of stand-alone ruggedized video recorders enabling 4 to 16 cameras to be used in mobile applications, such as police cars, buses and trains.
Visioneering's products offer performance far in excess of those of its competitors in parameters such as video capture frame rate, video resolution and customization and, unmatched in the industry, they incorporate image enhancement technology that enable clear video surveillance in fog, smoke or darkness.
All of these products have completed development and the Company is looking for an investment between $250,000 and $500,000 that will enable it to bring its products to market and ramp up production. With that initial investment, Visioneering is forecasting growing its sales of video surveillance products more than 100 fold in the next 3 years.
