We represent approximately 500 prospective buyers and sellers of commercial property in the Jacksonville area and need to have a solid financial backer in place to be able to properly place these individuals. There are development opportunities, hotel/motel acquisition opportunities, built to suit office complexes, etc... What we are interested in is building a relationship with a single investment institution or individual to be able to work with all of these individuals in a streamlined and effective manner without much of the conventional "red-tape". Further, we are currently involved in a few of our own ventures and are considering bringing the right investors on at a partnership level.
