Description: We are an energy consulting firm specializing in the marketing and procurement of commercial, residential and non-profit contracts for larger solar development companies such as Pristine Sun and Solar Max Technologies. Get Free Solar' s objective is to help lead the race for energy independence in America; by expediting solar energy to the roofs of American homes, businesses, schools, and non-profits. Our company's approach to this tremendous feat is unique because unlike other companies we are able provide customers financing and installation of photovoltaic renewable energy systems for No Costs! We are in the business of helping our clients save significantly on their energy costs, while increasing their net worth and decreasing their carbon footprint. In addition to helping clients save money, Get Free Solar also procures site lease contracts for companies actively seeking property to lease for mid-size solar arrays under California's new Feed-In-Tariff utility program. Get Free Solar currently has 7 signed site lease agreements for mid size solar arrays ranging between 1.5mW and 5mW in Southern California. These projects should be online producing power by the 2nd quarter of 2012. In addition to our current procured contracts, we are in the process of signing an additional 7 site leases in California. All of the projects will total over 22 mW of solar, with estimated construction cost of over $80 million. Company sales for the current 7 signed contracts total at minimum $105,000.00 Payments for these projects will be made from the solar development companies at financial close. With a time frame for payments Anywhere from 4-10 months. We're looking for all available options to raise up to $150k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our Solar Energy business to help cover operating expenses until payments from our receivables pipeline begin coming in. I have a formal business plan available for investors interested that outlines our operations and cash flow model.
