We would like to open a music venue in a very populated area. This area has had many complaints by fans of music and entertainment due to the fact that there are NO music venues in the area, and everyone has to travel at least 45min into Hollywood to see any decent performance. This venue would not only bring hundreds of thousands of people each year, but it would aid the city in it's popularity. More people would visit. There is to be a "grill" as well and of course a bar.
