Description: All The Perks Coffee Ventures, LLC Req: 150,000 Min: 30,000 We are a coffee business opportunity sales organization. We have developed three business models which we sell to individuals who want to be in the coffee industry: stand-alone drive-thrus, mall and office complex carts and kiosks, and traditional cafes. We developed the same concept for another coffee company within the last 5 years which generated 60 units sold and opened. With the exception of me, all of our staff is on a “by the job retainer”, so we have no expense other than my payroll and advertising until we have a client. We will own all of the IP rights & merchandising rights to our products as they are all properties that will be developed within the Company. We have the ability to take our clients from concept and design through equipment purchasing through, training and opening thereby creating a one-stop shop which generates revenue and profit at every juncture, including on-going revenue from coffee and ancillary third party purchases. We require $125k to fully fund initial and on-going advertising, website development, electronic marketing brochures, and other supporting items such as trademark registration, logo development, trade shows, ect. We are selling member shares in multiples of 1, priced @ $30,000 each (10% company stake equaling $30k) so we have a maximum 50% stake for sale. Any investor would also be given first option on further shares as they became available. A payout schedule of profits has been determined as also has a 1, 2, & 3 year projection, which we feel is conservative. It can be furnished after our initial discussion along with a full discussion of our business plan. We will also consider, if needed, individual debt investment.
