My partner and I have a great idea for building new communities with omes that can be self sufficient electically. We are talking about almost completely to completely off the grid of public utilities. We know of a company that sells the "Manufactured" housing that is not yet built. These homes are almost complete packages from the ground up with instructions to build them. They are completely unique in how they manage their electricity and how they are built. Since electricity prices are only going to continue to rise, we want to build communities of these types of homes. They work best in cold climate areas that normally do not get too warm in the summertime. They stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter and are insulated to keep out the outside invironment.
