I have a small baking business. Mostly everything I do is custom ordered, as I bake out of a deli, and don't have a store front. I have original recipes and ideas that people love. I make Java Stix, twice baked cookie (not biscotti--more like a cookie), that is becoming my trademark. All my cakes have the taste of home-made but the decor of a professional. I have a chocolate mousse, better than you have ever tried. Many of my ideas are innovative and new. I have visions for my company and know that with the proper financing and location I can make it a business people will love to patron. I have a rough business plan with ideas that will be cutting-edge and very chic. I want to take my business to the next level. While my "business" is new, my service is not. I got my LLC in march, but I was doing this for friends and family for a lot longer, 6 years. I am self-taught and have the dreams and desire to make this a true success story.
