Iced Bakery is a full service bakery that services Whitesboro, Texas (population 4000) but also services several other small communities located within 15 miles. Iced was started with no small biz loan money or bank loans. It is family owned. Myself, and my daughter handle much of the day to day operations, baking, cooking, catering, etc. We have recently added a PT Pasty Chef. We are in growth mod and have just moved from a 2000 sq ft building to a larger 4000 sg ft building. Besides offering pastries,cakes and specialty items we are now offering lunch Tuesday-Saturday and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. Our current clients continue to use us and we have seen a great return on our billboard investment with new faces coming in daily.
