Description:
H & H Riverstop is a single location Convenience Store in the Panhandle Nat'l Forest of North Idaho, USA. My husband & I purchased the store in 2001 and I have managed & operated it since then. My husband, Ed, died unexpectantly in July 2011, I now am the sole owner and operator of H & H Riverstop.
I would like to expand by adding RV sights for the visitors in our area. The property adjacent to my store has recently become availble and I would like to place an offer. In the past it was a successful RV park and will be a great investment for my store to become a resort destination.
With the purchase of the additional acreage I would also like if possible to refinance my existing escrow at a better interest rate.
