Description:
The business will be based on acquisition of rural areas and rubber planting. A market that an initial boom and shows great potential for profitability.
The tire industry is the main driver of business in this sector, accounting for 72% of purchases of natural rubber produced in the world. The main suppliers are Thailand (29%), Indonesia (27%), Malaysia (15%) and India (10%). Brazil is ranked with stake of less than 1%.
However, demand for natural rubber in Brazil has grown in proportion to the world, since the major multinational tire makers chose the country as its export base.
But Brazil's capacity to service this market is still limited. Only 29.8% of the total. The rate of production growth, however, is already 11% a year, thanks to an expansion program of planting rubber trees, led by producers in São Paulo.
The Apabor - São Paulo Association of Producers and Processors of Rubber - designs expand rubber plantation in Sao Paulo from the current 34,500 hectares to 50,000 hectares in 2010, 75,000 hectares to 2015, 125,000 hectares to 2020.
The rubber growers now live in a climate of euphoria similar to that experienced by producers of sugar and alcohol. For the industry, the outlook is for increased earnings.
The reasoning is based on the remote prospect of oil prices recede in the short or medium term. There is also the industrial expansion in China, India and even in Brazil, which indicates strong market in the coming decades.
I have to offer strong networking and knowledge on the implementation of the business. Solid administrative head knowledge to develop business and maintain a high ratio of investment / profit. No need to worry about the flow of initial production from a producer that we are considerably in the market that at its base is formed by medium-sized producers.
