I had a property, whereas I rehabbed it and took my name off, put it in my husband's and died with a reverse
mortgage on it. I needed to improve the to an after repair value and almost made but contractors took too long
and to many fees and I let the property to. After the appraiser look at the property it had a value of 60- 70k
completed. After let the property go. It actually when to sheriff sale, and later went for about 23k. Since then
the new buyer has almost complete the repairs (still wkg on it) and I believe I can purchase this property
from them for about 40k cash. I would like to do that. I believe it will appraise for 70k.
