We are a full service advertising company. We have 2 locations one in Oregon (1 yr) and one in Washington (9) years. We have an investor but looking for alternatives. This investor would be a working manager of the Oregon office and would want a portion of that office. I am looking to see what type of plan would work but also if another investor is interested and the potential. He has offered $60K approx. My husband and I own and operate the company 90%, my parents are also 10% owners and have invested $60K to date as well. The purpose for an investor is to help grow our Oregon location. We plan to open 3 more offices within 5 years.
