Our company is a newly created business entity in France, whose purpose is to manage fine restaurants in Paris and other parts of France. Our project consists of acquiring 10 fine and classy restaurants/ cabarets in Paris, France where over 80 millions tourists come every year to be a part of history. The restaurants are currently operating with a profit margin and last year's combined income was over 14M€ ($16.5M). These are fine dining restaurants where tourists, local residents and others come on a regular basis to enjoy a good meal with excellent service, while being entertained. Our objective is to develop a national brand so to identify each and everyone of these establishments, expand the brand throughout the country, enhance the level of customer service and make available new attractive features that will be common in all our establishments. we are seeking an investor or a group of investors who can bring in a total of 10M€ or $15M to help us achieve these acquisitions. We are willing to provide a stake of up to 15% in the company in order to secure financing. The investor or group of investors also has the choice of providing us a letter of guaranteed funds instead of actual investment to ease the process of securing our own loans here in France.
